A change in ownership of the leased property during the period in which the lessee possesses it under the lease contract does not affect the validity of the lease contract.

(Note: If the landlord sells the property during the lease term, the new owner must continue to perform the original lease contract and may not require the tenant to move out on the grounds that the property has been sold.)

租赁物在承租人按照租赁合同占有期限内发生所有权变动的，不影响租赁合同的效力。

（注：房东在租期内出售房屋的，新房东必须继续履行原租赁合同，不得以房屋已出售为由要求租客搬离。）
