选择模板或AI文书类型并填写事实，复制或打印前核对姓名、日期、金额和诉求。中文、英文、日文说明可切换；法律文书中文文本及译文须核对后使用。跨域代理、详细咨询、取证和授权代办由律师沟通、律所报价并签署委托后办理。
留言与账户
阅读和自助工具可直接使用。公开留言需要网站账户；留言会公开展示，请勿发布个人证件和敏感案情。网站账户可通过账户删除入口注销，或由注册邮箱联系下方邮箱申请。删除需核验身份，目标30天内处理；无法关联的记录按隐私政策到期。

Choose a template or AI document type and provide the facts. Check names, dates, amounts and requests before copying or printing. Chinese, English and Japanese guidance is available; review the Chinese document and translation before use. Cross-border representation, detailed advice, evidence work and authorized administrative assistance start after lawyer discussion, a law-firm quote and written engagement.
Board & accounts
Browsing and self-service tools are open. Posting on the public board requires a Website account. Posts are public: do not include identity documents or sensitive case material. Use the account-deletion control or contact the email below from your registered address. Requests require identity checks; the target is 30 days. Unlinkable records expire under the Privacy Policy.

Check the connection and refresh. For support, include browser version, time, steps and a screenshot with personal details removed. We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within 7 business days; do not wait for email in urgent matters.

中文・English・日本語を選択して質問してください。続けて質問でき、「新規」で現在の会話をリセットします。音声にはマイク許可と通信が必要で、録音を送信して文字起こしします。文字入力も可能です。AI資料には確認日と原文リンクがあります。重要な事実・期限・結論は再確認してください。
保存資料・期限
言語、ブックマーク、期限は現在のブラウザに保存されます。サイトデータの削除や端末変更で失われる場合があります。サイト内の期限表示だけに頼らず、カレンダーにも記録してください。日付は端末の地域の日付で計算します。
書面・有料業務
テンプレートまたはAI書面の種類を選び、事実を入力します。コピー・印刷前に氏名、日付、金額、請求内容を確認してください。中英日3言語の案内に対応し、中国語書面と翻訳は確認後にご使用ください。越境事件代理、詳細相談、証拠収集、授権による行政手続は、弁護士との相談、事務所の見積り、書面の委任後に開始します。
掲示板・アカウント
閲覧と自助ツールはそのまま利用できます。公開掲示板への投稿にはウェブサイトのアカウントが必要です。身分証や機微な事件資料を投稿しないでください。アカウント削除機能、または登録メールから下記窓口へ削除申請できます。本人確認を行い、原則として30日以内の対応を目指します。紐付けできない記録はプライバシーポリシーに従い期限終了後に削除されます。
不具合・お問い合わせ
通信を確認しページを再読み込みしてください。ブラウザの版、発生時刻、操作手順、個人情報を隠した画面を添えてご連絡ください。通常7営業日以内の受領確認を目指しますが、緊急時はメールを待たないでください。
