自助信息与AI问答可免费使用。有偿详细咨询、代理、调查取证及授权代办须经律师核对需求、利益冲突、权限及可办理范围，由律所书面报价并签署委托合同后开展。网页说明和公开留言不自动形成委托关系，结果不作保证。工作语言、翻译、币种、税费及第三方开支在委托前确认。

1. 接受条款

下载、访问或使用南京老法师 App 或网站，即表示您同意本条款和隐私政策。如不同意，请停止使用相应服务。

2. 首版原生 App 范围

首版 App 免费提供：

• 随 App 内置、可离线搜索的中英双语在华法律资料库，并可在联网时检查更新；

• 设备本地的缓存/收藏与期限通知；

• 110、120、119、122 的系统拨号入口；

• 使用 Apple AVSpeechSynthesizer 的双语求助文字播报；

• 纯文字 AI 法律信息问答。

首版 App 不提供注册、登录、账户、公开留言板、文书生成或语音录入，不请求麦克风或定位权限，不做地址反查、不调用 Nominatim，也不向网站 /api/hit 发送访问统计。

3. 独立网站范围

网站可能另行提供注册/登录、公开咨询留言板、语音转写、AI 文书草拟、Nominatim 地址反查和网站访问统计。网站功能不是首版 App 功能，其数据处理以隐私政策的网站章节为准。

网站账户可通过网站删除入口或 [email protected] 申请删除。仅卸载 App 不会删除独立网站账户。

4. 不是紧急服务

App 和网站都不是警察、医疗、消防、领事或其他紧急服务，不保证电话接通、播报无误或机构及时响应。首版 App 只启动 iOS 拨号确认界面，不自动拨出。遇到现实危险、受伤、火灾、被拘留或正在发生的犯罪，请立即拨打所在地适用的紧急电话，并在可行时联系领事机构或合资格专业人士。

5. 一般法律信息；不自动形成律师—客户关系

App 和网站内容仅供一般教育和信息参考，不是针对具体事实的正式法律意见。下载、浏览、收藏、使用文字 AI、使用网站工具或发送普通支持邮件，不会自动形成律师—客户关系、正式委托、保密义务或法律特权。

只有执业律师完成必要的利益冲突审查、双方明确接受委托并签署适用的正式委托文件后，才可能形成律师服务关系。法律、政策、程序和联系方式会变化，采取行动前应核实最新信息；任何律师或工具均不能保证结果。

6. AI 与网站文书草稿

首版 App 的 AI 仅接受文字输入。AI 可能生成不准确、不完整、过时或不适用于用户事实/地区的内容。不得只凭 AI 决定诉讼、签字、承认责任、付款、放弃权利、离职、签证/居留、拘留应对或期限。

首版 App 不生成文书。若用户在独立网站使用文书草拟功能，所得内容只是可编辑初稿；签署、发送或提交前必须由合资格律师审查并补全当事人、日期、金额、法院、管辖、送达和证据等信息。

7. 设备本地数据与通知

首版 App 的收藏、联网资料缓存、期限、通知计划和 AI 同意记录留在设备。提醒可能因权限、系统设置、设备状态、时区或用户输入错误而不显示，用户必须另外记录并核实重要期限。

首版 App 不请求或使用定位权限，也不读取精确经纬度。

8. 拨号与系统语音播报

用户应在拨号前核对号码，并在系统确认界面自行决定是否呼叫。不得通过 App 进行恶作剧、骚扰或滥用紧急资源。

双语求助信息由 iOS AVSpeechSynthesizer 播报。播报是沟通辅助，不能保证第三人或机构正确理解，也不能替代翻译、专业人员或紧急服务。

9. 网站账户与可接受使用

首版 App 无账户。网站账户用户应提供准确信息、保护密码和设备，并对账户活动负责。不得：

• 冒用他人身份或未经授权使用第三人资料；

• 利用服务实施违法行为、规避执法、伪造证据/文件、欺诈、骚扰或威胁；

• 上传恶意代码、自动抓取、绕过限流或干扰安全；

• 提交无权提供的第三人机密或个人信息；

• 把 AI 输出或网站草稿冒充已经由律师审核或由机关签发；

• 未经授权复制、销售或批量再发布原创内容、品牌、图像或数据库。

运营者可在合理怀疑滥用、安全风险或法律要求时限制网站功能或账户，并提供适当联系渠道。

10. 服务商、知识产权与费用

服务可能依赖 Apple、Cloudflare，并仅就网站地址反查依赖 OpenStreetMap Nominatim。第三方服务可能中断并适用自身条款。

南京老法师品牌、原创文字、案例整理、界面和图形归合法权利人所有。法律文本、公共机构信息和第三方材料按各自法律状态处理。用户仅获得个人、非商业使用的有限、可撤销、不可转让许可。

首版 App 免费、无广告、无 App 内购买。若未来加入付费数字功能或订阅，将事先说明并在 Apple 规则要求时使用 App 内购买。正式律师服务不因下载或使用 App 自动产生。

11. 可用性和责任边界

服务按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。我们不保证持续、无错误、适用于所有设备/地区或内容始终最新。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，运营者不对 AI 错误、第三方中断、用户输入错误、提醒失败、未能联系紧急机构或依据一般信息采取行动造成的间接、偶发、特殊或后果性损失负责。本条不排除依法不得排除的责任，也不影响强制性消费者权利。

Paid website services — 14 September 2026

Self-service information and AI questions remain free. Detailed paid advice, representation, evidence work and authorized administrative assistance require a lawyer’s review of needs, conflicts, authority and scope, then a law-firm quote and written engagement. Website information or a public post does not create an engagement or guarantee an outcome. Agree the working language, translation, currency, taxes and third-party expenses before engagement.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the Nanjing Laofashi App or Website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, stop using the relevant service.

2. First native App scope

The free first App release provides:

• a bundled bilingual China-law library with offline search and online update checks;

• on-device cache/bookmarks and deadline notifications;

• system call actions for 110, 120, 119, and 122;

• bilingual help-message playback with Apple AVSpeechSynthesizer; and

• text-only AI legal-information Q&A.

It has no registration, login, account, public board, document generation, or voice input and requests no microphone or location permission. It does not reverse-geocode location, call Nominatim, or send analytics to the Website /api/hit endpoint.

3. Separate Website scope

The Website may separately provide registration/login, a public consultation board, transcription, AI document drafting, Nominatim reverse geocoding, and Website visit analytics. Those are not first-release App features. Website processing is described in the Website section of the Privacy Policy.

A Website account can be deleted through the Website deletion control or by emailing [email protected]. Removing the App does not delete a separate Website account.

4. Not an emergency service

Neither the App nor Website is a police, medical, fire, consular, or other emergency service. They do not guarantee a connected call, correct playback, or prompt authority response. The App only opens the standard iOS call-confirmation UI and does not dial automatically. For immediate danger, injury, fire, detention, or a crime in progress, call the appropriate local emergency number and contact consular or qualified professional help where possible.

5. General information; no automatic attorney-client relationship

Content is general education and information, not formal advice for specific facts. Downloading, browsing, saving, using text AI, using Website tools, or emailing general support does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship, formal engagement, confidentiality duty, or privilege.

A legal-service relationship may arise only after a licensed lawyer completes required conflict checks, both sides expressly accept the engagement, and required documents are signed. Laws, policies, procedures, and contacts change; verify current information before acting. No lawyer or tool can guarantee an outcome.

6. AI and Website document drafts

First-release App AI accepts text only. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable. Do not rely on AI alone for litigation, signing, admitting liability, payment, waiver, resignation, visa/residence status, detention, or deadlines.

The first App release does not generate documents. If the separate Website provides drafting, each output is an editable draft only. Qualified counsel must review and complete parties, dates, amounts, court, jurisdiction, service, evidence, and other details before use.

7. Local data and notifications

First-release App bookmarks, online-content cache, deadlines, notification schedules, and AI-consent records remain on the device. A reminder may fail because of permission, system settings, device state, time zone, or user error. Keep and verify critical deadlines independently.

The first App release does not request or use location permission or read precise coordinates.

8. Calling and system speech

Users must verify a number and choose whether to call in the system confirmation UI. Do not misuse emergency resources or use the App for prank or harassing calls.

Bilingual text is played through iOS AVSpeechSynthesizer. Playback is only a communication aid and cannot guarantee correct understanding or replace an interpreter, professional, or emergency service.

9. Website accounts and acceptable use

The first App release has no account. Website account users must provide accurate information, secure credentials/devices, and take responsibility for activity. Users must not impersonate others, submit unauthorized third-party data, commit unlawful conduct, evade law enforcement, falsify evidence or documents, defraud, harass, threaten, upload malware, scrape automatically, bypass limits, interfere with security, misrepresent AI/drafts as lawyer-reviewed or official, or republish proprietary content without permission.

The operator may restrict Website functionality or accounts where abuse, security risk, or law reasonably requires it, with an appropriate contact channel.

10. Providers, intellectual property, and charges

The service may depend on Apple and Cloudflare and, only for Website address lookup, OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Third-party services may be interrupted and apply their own terms.

The brand, original writing, case summaries, interface, and graphics belong to their lawful rights holder. Statutes, public-authority information, and third-party materials retain their respective status. Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

The first App release is free, with no advertising or in-app purchases. Future paid digital features or subscriptions will be disclosed in advance and use Apple in-app purchase where required. Downloading or using the App does not purchase formal legal representation.

11. Availability and limits

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of continuous, error-free, universally available, or always-current operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by AI errors, third-party interruption, incorrect input, failed reminders, failure to reach emergency services, or action based on general information. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or override mandatory consumer rights.
